These are Ink Joy Paper Mate Gel Pens. They are refillable. High quality polyester glitter is used and then coated with Epoxy for a smooth glass like finish. Each product is handmade so may have some slight imperfections. Colors may vary based on screen lighting but we try our best to depict the most actuate color for our glitters. Ring Light is used for pictures.
