These are Glittered Scissors and Paper Mate Ink Joy Pens that are glittered and then coated in epoxy for a glass like finish. These are 8 inch high quality scissors. Pens are refillable (refills sold on our site). Each product is handmade so may have some slight imperfections. Colors may vary based on screen lighting but we try our best to depict the most actuate color for our glitters.
